Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Ruri Games is a trade name of Terra Games Yazılım ve Teknoloji Limited Şirketi ("Ruri Games", "we", "us"), a company registered in Türkiye, Ortaköy Mah. Ahmet Adnan Saygun Cad. Savoy Ulus Sitesi A22 Blok No: 66AB İç Kapı No: 10, Beşiktaş / İstanbul, Türkiye. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at support@rurigames.com.
2. The short version
- Royal Disc has no accounts. You never give us your name, e-mail or phone number to play.
- We collect gameplay, device and crash data tied to a random player ID so we can balance levels and fix bugs.
- We use the Meta SDK only to measure whether our install campaigns work. There are no ads in the game and currently no in-app purchases.
- Data collection starts only after you tap Accept and play on the first screen.
- Data tied to your player ID is deleted automatically after 24 months, or sooner if you ask (see section 9).
3. What we collect, why, and who processes it

We do not collect your name, contacts, photos, files, precise location, or any payment details.
4. Legal basis
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent, given on the acceptance screen the first time you open the game (analytics and attribution start only after you accept); our legitimate interests in keeping the game stable and secure (crash reporting, abuse prevention); and legal obligations where they apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by uninstalling the game or by asking us to delete your data.
5. Who we share data with
- Google LLC (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Google Cloud / BigQuery) — processes data on our behalf under Google's data processing terms.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — receive the advertising ID, install and first-day events for campaign measurement under Meta's Business Tools terms. Meta uses this data as described in its own Privacy Policy.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.
6. International transfers
Our service providers process data on servers in the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by those providers.
7. How long we keep data

8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted or blocked, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, e-mail support@rurigames.com and include your player ID (Settings → Player ID) so we can find your records. We answer within 30 days.
- Philippines: these rights are provided under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
- Türkiye: rights under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK); applications can be made to the contact details above.
- EEA / UK (if applicable): GDPR / UK GDPR rights, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
9. Deleting your data
- Open Royal Disc → Settings and copy your Player ID.
- E-mail support@rurigames.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the Player ID.
- Within 30 days we delete the analytics, crash and warehouse records tied to that ID and confirm by e-mail.
Uninstalling the game removes your progress from the device but does not by itself delete server-side records — use the steps above. Records we must keep for legal reasons (for example, support correspondence) are kept only as long as required.
10. Children
Royal Disc is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it. Parents or guardians of minors may contact us about their child's data at any time.
11. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to analytics and crash data is limited to the people who need it, under separate accounts. We collect only what the game needs and keep no passwords, because there are no accounts.
12. Purchases and advertising
Royal Disc currently contains no advertising and no in-app purchases. If we introduce in-app purchases, payments will be processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms; we would receive purchase records (never your card details) and would update this policy before launch.
13. Changes to this policy
We will post any new version on this page with a new version number and effective date. For material changes we will also ask you to accept the new version in the game.
